BRAWLERZ BOX RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

I, The UNDERSIGNED, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in boxing and fitness training activities (hereinafter referred to as “the Activities”) at Brawlerz Box located at 345 to 395 NE 59th St, Miami, FL 33137. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that the Activities involve physical exertion and potential risk of injury, including but not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, and even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and understand that these Activities may require me to perform strenuous exercises and movements.
  2. Health and Medical Condition: I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the Activities. I have consulted with a medical professional if necessary. I agree to inform the Brawlerz Box staff of any changes to my health and fitness.
  3. Release of Liability: I release and discharge Brawlerz Box, its owners, employees, trainers, instructors, and any related entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss I may sustain while participating in the Activities. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, claims related to the negligent acts or omissions of Brawlerz Box.
  4. Waiver of Legal Rights: I agree not to bring any legal action, including but not limited to, a lawsuit, against Brawlerz Box and its associates for any injury, damage, or loss I may sustain, and I waive any and all claims for such damages.
  5. Arbitration: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its interpretation, enforcement, or validity, shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
  6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
  7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue to be of full force and effect.

I have carefully read and fully understand this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights. I sign this agreement voluntarily and without any inducement or assurance of any nature. I agree that my participation in the Activities is entirely at my own risk.
