Privacy Rights for California Residents
1. Notice at Collection of Personal Information
A. How does a “disclosure” differ from a “sale” or “share” in the table below?
Brawlerz Box “discloses” personal information when we provide personal information to (1) other businesses that we own (or that own us) and that are commonly branded, or (2) nonaffiliated businesses that provide a service to us (such as a vendor or subcontractor) under a contract that requires them to collect, use, and disclose personal information only for certain business purposes (as outlined in this Policy) and for no other commercial purpose.
Brawlerz Box “sells” or “shares” personal information (as described in the chart below) when we provide personal information to a nonaffiliated company and do not prohibit that company from using the personal information for its own commercial purposes, including for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising. Under the CCPA, you have a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to such nonaffiliated companies (also called “third parties”) Please see “Your Rights under the CCPA” below.
