These Terms of Use cover your use of brawlerzbox.com (the “Site”) and purchases from the Brawlerz shop. The Site is run by Brawlerz Box L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company located at 345 NE 59th St, Miami, FL 33137 (“Brawlerz Box”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Memberships are covered by your membership agreement
Memberships and day, week and month passes are sold through our membership system, Gym Insight. When you join, you sign a membership agreement and a release of liability there. That agreement sets out your plan, price, billing dates, fees, cancellation notice and the rules for using the gym, and it governs your membership. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed membership agreement, the agreement wins.
Prices and plan details shown on the Site are a summary. The price you agree to on the sign-up page is the price you pay.
Training at your own risk
Boxing, strength training, cold plunge and sauna use are physically demanding and carry a risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition. Workout, nutrition and recovery information on the Site is general information, not medical advice.
Minors
Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign up for them, accept these Terms and sign the membership agreement and release on their behalf. Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with an active membership to use the weight room and recovery room. The shop is for adults; a parent or guardian should place orders for minors.
Shop orders and pickup
- Pickup only. We don’t ship. Orders are collected at the Brawlerz Box front desk during staffed hours. Show your order number or the QR code from your order email.
- Pickup window. We hold paid orders for 30 days. After that we may cancel the order and refund it to the original payment method.
- Prices and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, we’ll contact you and either fix the order with your OK or cancel and refund it.
- Payment. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (WooPayments, powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. If you choose “Pay at the front desk”, the order is reserved until you pay at pickup.
Returns and refunds
- Apparel and gear: unworn and unwashed items with tags can be returned or exchanged at the front desk within 14 days of pickup.
- Food and drinks: can’t be returned once picked up. If something is wrong with an item, tell the front desk and we’ll replace it.
- Personal training: sessions are booked with the front desk or your coach. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead or the session counts as used. Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused packages can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Shop accounts
You can buy as a guest or create an optional shop account to see your past orders. A shop account is separate from your gym membership. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts that are used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
Using the Site
Please don’t misuse the Site. That includes trying to break into it or disrupt it, scraping it in bulk, placing fraudulent orders, or using it to send spam or anything unlawful.
The Brawlerz Box name, logos, photos, video and text on the Site belong to Brawlerz Box or are used with permission. You may share links and personal screenshots, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission.
The Site links to other services, such as Gym Insight for sign-ups, Google Maps and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, including class times and prices, but we can’t guarantee it will always be complete, current or error-free. Schedules can change; check with the front desk if a class is important to you. The Site is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, Brawlerz Box is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about a shop order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Florida law. Liability for training at the gym is addressed in the membership agreement and release you sign.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that we can’t resolve together will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and either side may use small claims court for claims within its limits. Before filing anything, please contact us first; most problems are solved with a conversation at the front desk.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to Site use and orders placed after that date.
