We may combine information from the Site and Services together and with other information we obtain from our business records. We may use and share information that we aggregate (compile to create statistics that cannot identify a particular individual) or de-identify (strip information of all unique identifiers such that it cannot be linked to a particular individual) at our discretion.

• Exercise equipment manufacturers.
• Credit reporting agencies, when you apply for membership using a credit card.

• Banking verification services & financial institutions. We may use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) or other financial institutions to link and verify the bank account information maintained by your financial institutions. This bank account information may include account and routing numbers and related personal information. By providing us or Plaid with your personal and banking information, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access, transmit, and receive such information from the relevant financial institutions. You agree to your personal and banking information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time.
• From others you specify. If you decide to invite others to the Site or Services, we will collect your and the other person’s names, email addresses, and/or phone numbers to send an email or text message and follow up with the other person. You agree that you will obtain the other person’s consent before giving us their contact information. You also agree that you will not send us the contact information of a minor. • Corporate Affiliates. We may share information with parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated entities of Brawlerz Box.
• Brawlerz Box Franchisees. We may provide your information to a Brawlerz Box franchisee in order for them to provide you Services if you are a Brawlerz Box member, visitor, or guest at a Brawlerz Box franchisee gym location.
• Law Enforcement Authorities. We may disclose your information to law enforcement authorities when we are required or authorized by law to do so (for example, in response to a subpoena issued by a court).
• Corporate Partners. We may provide special offers for the Services in connection with certain partnerships with third parties. We may share your information with third parties in connection with promoting and administering these offers.
• Third-Party Marketing Partners. We may also share your information with third parties to use for their marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law, if we think the products or services they offer would be of interest to you. If you unsubscribe from our commercial communications, we will no longer share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. If you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, you will not automatically become unsubscribed from the marketing communications of the franchise owner of the Brawlerz Box gym you joined or to which your e-mail address has been provided as set forth in this Policy. Brawlerz Box franchises are independently owned and operated businesses and we do not control their use of your e-mail address. Accordingly, if you are a member at a Brawlerz Box franchise gym, please contact your home gym directly to learn how to unsubscribe from such communications. In addition, you may continue to receive generic mailings addressed to “Resident” or the like. In order to discontinue generic mailings, you may contact your local post office.
Ad Choices: You have options to limit the information that we and our partners collect for online advertising purposes.

• You may disable cookies in your browser or mobile device using their settings menus. Your mobile device may give you the option to disable advertising functionality. Because we use cookies to support Service functionality, disabling cookies may also disable some elements of our online properties.

This is a commercial website intended for use by individuals that are at least 18 years old. If you are less than 18 years old, you may not use the Site or the Services without prior permission and supervision of your legal guardians. Brawlerz Box does not accept members under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER AND APPLICABLE LAW

For visitors using the Site or the Services from outside the United States, any data you provide will be transferred to the United States for use by Brawlerz Box and/or its affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Policy.
